Return & Refund Policy for Our SPC Floorings, Facial Tissues, Toilet Papers, and Wipes

At, we understand that occasionally, returns may be necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:


    • Goods must be from our current stock and shade.

    • Returned items must be accompanied by the relevant Delivery Docket and Invoice.

    • Goods should be in their original, unmarked, undamaged condition, and within full, unopened boxes.

Authorization Process:


    • Customers must obtain written authorization from before initiating the return process.

How To Return An Item


    • Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

    • You will need to organize your own transport to return the goods to our warehouse.

    • Include in your package a printed copy of the original purchase invoice stating the reason for your return.

Timeline for Claims:

All claims for credit must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Restocking Fee


    • We offer full refund for returned orders in original boxes for 30 days. After 30 days $9/box restocking fee applies.

    • We also offer refund for individual items in open boxes or custom packaging with 25% restocking fee.

    • Restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the order.



    • Returns will not be accepted for goods sold at a special discounted price.

    • Items purchased from another merchant or wholesaler at the customer’s request are not eligible for return.

    • Goods that fail to meet the credit requirements outlined above will not be accepted.

Facial tissue and toilet paper products Returns:


    • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used facial tissue and toilet paper products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Wrong Product Delivered:


    • Very occasionally, we may accidentally ship the wrong product to you. If you have received an incorrect product, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. We will offer to send you the correct product and arrange for the pick-up and return of the incorrectly shipped product at no cost to you.

Faults and Damages:


    • If a product arrives and the packaging or the product itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery, and contact us immediately.

Change of Mind Returns:


    • If you are not totally satisfied for any reason or if you have changed your mind about your purchase you can choose to return your item for a refund of the original purchase price excluding original shipping fees (and return fees if the return is arranged by us). 

    • Please note that delivery costs for items purchased on a free shipping promotion will be deducted from your refund along with the return delivery cost if this has been arranged by us. A 25% restocking fee will also apply. 

Cancellation Policy:


    • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
